So, let me ask you: do you think Ethiopia is spending million upon millions of dollars and expending so much national resource to convince you to rent us a commercial port? But, Isayas does't think so. He is mobilizing his military conducting mock air land exercises!!! Remember, Ethiopia has no hidden agenda and stated her intentions in black and white - that is, to become one of the red sea states. There is no misunderstanding here.
