ፈረንሳይ ማለት ኃያል አገር ናት፣ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ አገር፣ በተመደ የፀጣታዉ ምክር ቤት ቋሚ አባል፤ ጥያቄህን ተቀብለናል በእኛ በኩል እዉነታህን አዉቀልነሃል ማለት አይደለምን?
