Distorts Scripture – It misinterprets biblical texts to teach that faith always leads to material wealth and physical health.
Commercializes Faith – It often treats God like a transactional figure: give money, get blessings.
Ignores Suffering – It downplays the biblical reality of suffering, trials, and sacrificial living.
Exploits the Vulnerable – It can financially exploit people, especially the poor, by promising miracles in exchange for donations.
Centers on Self, not Christ – It shifts focus from God’s will and kingdom to personal gain and comfort.
In essence, it promotes a man-centered theology rather than a Christ-centered gospel.
