We encourage the estimated one million Ethiopian immigrants residing in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) to petition the mayor's office for proclamation to recognize April 1st, sorry I meant April 5th, as an official Ethiopian Independence Day holiday. We got your back!

I think Uganda did the same thing and are now arresting some and expelling other Eritreans following citizen's complaint of discrimination and illegal business, in some cases unethical pricing of real estate properties.
