General Tsadqan is on a different level. I have a lot of respect for Getachew but he’s no where close to Tsadqan when it comes to handling pressure. I’m sure he’s not the first to buckle under pressure.

When I was a kid I used to hear a lot of stories about Teklay Aden. Now looking at what Getcho is doing I have started to wondering why he did what he did. Was he angry like Getcho? Did he stop believing in the cause? We won't probably know the reasons.

Do you think Getcho could not handle the pressure or he is just vengeful? I think he is still full of rage. Well, he said it was a power struggle. He wanted to topple Debrits and become the leader of TPLF and Debrits won the internal power struggle. He shouldn't be a sore loser. He should accept defeat and move on. This level of anger is not normal.

Teclai G/Mariam aka Teclai Aden defected to Derg and revealed EPLF secrets. He even gave interview to Addis Zemen to do propaganda damage. Abraham Yayeh also did the same, and revealed TPLF secrets. He was on ETV spilling secrets and doing propaganda damage. In the end, they didn’t save DERG from defeat.

If the defection of security chief of EPLF couldn’t save DERG, Getachew’s defection couldn’t add a thing to the survival of OPDO.

Getcho was despised because they said he was not Tigre enough or not from golden Adwa. This kind of anger comes when a person is downlooked.

During the war, he was number one in being featured in TDF video music. This is proof he had special place in the hearts of Tigrians.

Why propaganda? That is fact in todays Ethiopia and Tigray. Now Chigray is divided in clans, that is fact. Is it me who said Getcho is "AMHARAY". It is Tigrian Woyanus themselves. General Tsadik and Getcho fell out because they were taged not golden or Tigre enough. That is fact

He was the only one whose usage of the English language is proficient in TPLF leadership . He is probably the only one who had used twitter to the benefit of TPLF. That was the time TPLF was hoping the American help would force Abiy to just flee somewhere.
Now, Getcho is not an asset. In fact, he seemed to challenge the power in Tigray that no one dared to challenge — the Adwa group. They kicked him out.
Yes, Eden one of the reasons they kicked him out is because he cannot trace his heritage from Yemen as prime minister Meles could.

Teklay Aden was born and grew up in Chigray. He was pyschologically a typical Agame. Betraying a cause for which many of his colleagues died was not shameful to his Agame character. He first joined the ELF. Then, he surrenderd to the Haile Sellase regime. Later he joined the EPLF and surrendered, again, to the Derg because he thought that the Soviet supported Derg was
invincible. But the Eritrean struggle was not going to be thwarted because one stinking Agame surrendered and revealed to the Derg the civilian network of EPLF supporters. A lot of Eritreans were murdered by the Derg because of Tekaly Aden. And now Getachew Reda is just doing what the Agames always do, betraying his former colleagues!
