What HoA Africa needs to be is a stable prosperous influential region. No geopoletical earth quake is needed for cadre fun. It is the most waring region of Africa and perhabs in the world only second to Middle East. Ethiopia is all the time in upheaval because it failed to produce all-inclusive peaceful society and lasting publicly accepted political system. Until ethnic riffraff politics is out of the scene, dictators are given fare well not to return, Ethiopia/HoA except Keny will remain a useless region.
