Ethiopian bible is not banned. It is just internet click bait sensation. It is there to be ready for anyone who wants to read it. Ethiopian Bible has arround 88 books it canonized but the rest of the other Christian group don't recognize some of the books around 20 or more for their own reason. For example, some believe some of the books are historical and lack spiritual significance. Book of Henock opens the world of fallen angels and there some less spiritually questionable teachings not all Christians accept. The Ethiopian bible is not forbidden.
