For some reason the way how Secretary of State Marco Rubio speaks resembles the way Jawar Mohammed rambles over issues rather than sticking to the point and expressing them through a cool mind. His repeated statement of "everything we do should fulfill either of three goals: make America more rich, more strong or more secure, else we will have nothing to do with that" or something very similar sounds to me very childish, to say the least.
