According to Kenya media outlets, Kenya will sign defense cooperation and intelligence sharing agreement with Egypt end of this year 2025.

On january 29 2025, Kenyan Presidents William Ruto and Abdel Fattah El-Sisi had signed Kenya and Egypt’s Joint Declaration for a Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership and also 12 agreements that expand their cooperation into various sectors, Including Maritime Partnerships between the Lamu Port Authority and the Alexandria Port Authority, Red Sea Port Authority and Kenya Ports Authority.

This strategic alliance is called “How To Encircle The World's Most Populous Landlocked Country”, which will eventually disintegrate into more than eighty-five independent countries very soon.

That means Abyssiniahater, Ethiopia is toasted. Not fast. If you have a fraction of your brain cells working, you should have read this news to mean Egypt is desperate. When was Egypt enthusiastic to have a friendship with a black African leader ? Just recently. As I said if your brain has a few cells working, you know it is a meeting that Ethiopia has had influenced to happen . Al sisi is a political ደንቆሮ. otherwise the only politician he should have a mutual understanding and good relations with reside in Aratkilo, Addis. But he couldn’t figure that out. And never will. I gave up on his understanding of East Africa politics.

War-torn Ethiopia and Djibouti to build two dry ports at Nagad and Indode Stations

One of seven major ports in Djibouti.

Djibouti and War-torn landlocked Ethiopia have officially signed on Sunday an agreement to construct two dry ports at Nagad (Djibouti) and Indode (War-torn Ethiopia) by GHIH and EDR, both strategically linked to the existing corridor railway network. These dry ports will be further integrated with a new 17-kilometer railway connecting Nagad to the Damerjog Industrial Park in Djibouti.

War-torn landlocked Ethiopia currently spends over $1.9 billion annually for the use of Djibouti ports.

Many Monks are Killed In Zequala - War-torn Ethiopia

June 23, 2025

Many monks in Zequala Monastery are reportedly killed and several others abducted as militants operating in Oromia region of Ethiopia unleash another round of attacks.

Mahibere Kidusan Media, one of the leading information sources for information on the Ethiopian Church, on Sunday reported that it has received the information from the monastery. The source said it is working on getting more details about the incident.

What is confirmed is that the incident occurred on June 22. Zequala Monastry is in a range of less than 60 kilometers from the capital Addis Ababa.

Zequala Monastery has experienced recurring attacks from militant groups operating in the region whom the government refers to as “Shena.” The group calls itself the Oromo Liberation Army. In February 2024, at least four monks were hacked to death after they were taken from the monastery by militant groups.

The pattern of attacking the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, brutally killing monks and priests, and massacring followers persisted over the past six years across the Oromia region of Ethiopia.
