This sounds like Gurage political elites. They reject associations with everyone except the Ethiopian govs of any colors and stripes.They submit and wait for to do orders.

I dont think the amharas will ever taste power if the agames and the gallas make an agreement the amharas are really done
tigrayns have to choose between two enemies gallas or the eritreans and amhara, they consider the gallas the lesser of two evil
