The blunder that handicaps Ethiopian graduates is lack of proficiency in the English language. Graduates of Ethiopian universities fail Grade 12 English as a Second Language test offered by Britain, Canada and the US. This handicap in English fails them from obtain overseas scholarships and jobs.
