as a city boy from addis, eskender is failing to handle the rural life

eskender is born and raised in addis ababa, went to one of the prestigious schools in addis st. joseph school. his passion was for addis but he messed up there. amhara is for him just a tool for his ethiopian agenda.
as a boy from addis it’s becoming evident he can’t handle the heat that comes with armed struggle. it has become too much. he wants to go outside the country in the name of negotiations. i think that is the only goal he’s currently following. the native amharas all rejected negotiations and want to continue with fighting until abiy is defeated. for eskender the rural life is becoming unbearable
