"Transformative":
Gold-coated adjective
Advertizing word or marketing word
Fund solicitation word
Exaggeration tool
It's customary of dictators to endear themselves.
Meles Zeradwa planted thd disease. It has become institutional culture.

Horus thanks for posting it. I like what I heard and saw. Yes, Ethiopia has to go a long way to modernize its agriculture. Recently, however , I have seen quite a few videos that make me to believe indeed it is a promising start.

In colleges of Ontario, Canada, Horticulture is a subject in the program of Diploma in Lanscape Construction. In universties, it's a certificate course in departments of Agriculture.
The skill is widely abundant all over the province. As a result, so many horticulture farms including all season green houses growing various types of ornamental plants for gardens, for offices, hospitals and hotels.
For Horus, it's it's a propaganda tool to paint a benevolent picture of a bloody dictator.

Yes, it is all about political will. If those in power consciously decide to make it a national agenda, we will have a modern mechanized agriculture sooner or later. There are a lot good small starts- in the areas of agronomy, soil science, irrigation, agricultural machinery, etc.
