ሰኔ ሲብት ክረምት ሲገባ ምን ዕጣ ይገጥመው ይሆን የአዲስ አበባ ህዝብ? ክረምት እና ሞት በሚለው ብሂል ስንቱ ይፈናቀል ይሆን? ስንቱ ደግሞ ከውሻ አፍንጫ ከቀዘቀዘ ቤት ውስጥ በቆሎ በክሠል እየጠበሰ በሻማ መብራት ያሳልፈው ይሆን?

Did you hear Abere? He just pointed out the priorities of Addis Abebans is adequate supplies of treated water, electricity, shelters for the de-housed population from the cold, sewer systems for flood control, not navigable rivers of streets.
