- Protect civilians & their properties
- Promote people to people relations
- No/ zero revenge on civilians
- Safe way for immigrants from Eritrea to Tigray/ Ethiopia & Sudan
- Loot all government installations including infrastructure
- Loot all mining installations including gold, marble copper etc
- Arrest all government( military, security & other officials) who were involved in the genocide & looting in Tigray & serve them justice
- Loot all government owned agricultural farms & their stored products
- Organize establishment of a puppet Tigray/ Ethiopia friendly government
