Oromo leaders in Ethiopia completely lack the skills and knowledge necessary to govern the country, and they have failed to lead and unite their Oromo people. & should hand-over power to those who are capable from Somali and Abyssinia tribes (the Amhara and Tigray).
They have failed to lead the country and their region (the Oromo region) as well, and they must accept to be leaded by others. This will end the country's problems and the problems with neighboring communities and countries (Sudan, South Sudan, Eritrea, Sudan, Somalia, and Kenya). Seven years is enough, and there is no need to waste more time. The sooner they leave Menelik Palace, the sooner the solutions to the country's and the region's problems will be. The majority of the Oromo people have never liked Ethiopia, do not consider themselves Ethiopians, do not believe they have contributed anything to Ethiopia, and do not believe they are capable of ruling Ethiopia.

Re: Oromos failed to govern Ethiopia & should hand-over power to those who are capable
I dont think they are in charge like the TPLF but in case they grab more power they should never ever give up again. Even if ethiopia is completely collapsing . Oromia doesn't need ethiopia. It's ethiopia that needs the oromos to be fair.
There are too many parasites in ethiopia who brings nothing on the table. Oromia feeds the whole country and beyond.

Re: Oromos failed to govern Ethiopia & should hand-over power to those who are capable
Unless you're misleading them, the reality is completely different from what you said. OPDO is on the TPLF path and worse. If Ethiopia collapses, there will be no such thing as an Oromo State, and the Wellega, Shewa, and Walo Oromos will join Amhara State, while the Hararghe and Arusi Oromos will join Somali State. The biggest number of hungry people in Ethiopia is Oromo, so it is the Oromo who need Ethiopia, not Ethiopia.
