Q&A for ER members:

Post by ethiopianunity » 27 Mar 2025, 06:38

Most of you are not honest but if you are asked to tell the truth, what is your main reasoning to be on ER:
1. You miss your country Ethiopia and Ethiopians that you want to connect and socialize
2. You are Tplf, Shabia, Olf and foreigner, you want to sworm the site to dominate, to spy, divide Ethiopians
3. You are bored so you want to be entertained in ER
4. This site is polarizing so you want to bring peace among the division, by discussing what common we have to bring us together than apart
5. To see the sentiments of ER members

I personally joined this forum, when I noticed how infested it was with weyane supporters. Later on, the owner of this website visited Eritrea and interviewed the president and that attracted me even more.

After our war with the weyane was over when they got booted out of Addis, my reason for staying was to celebrate for a while and to continue to inform as much as I could, how the relationship was going and developing. PM Abyi visited Asmara and President Isaias Addis and as far as I remember, except for those die hard tplf-ites, everybody was happy here.

Later, Abyi made a U turn and stabbed us all in the back, so my main reason for staying now is to see his demise as soon as possible and to excitedly watch where Ethiopia is going.

To defend Amara and Ethiopia, first!, from the ferenjis and their hired mercenary tplfs, galas and አገውs (አገው Esayas, አገውdebretseon, አገውgetachew, አገውgedu, አገው አብን, አገው በአዴን, and etc). The ferenjis recruited most of these evils 50 or 60 years ago. Hand picked! For example, why would they recruite Esayas from Ethiopia who is an agew living in Wello while they could recruit someone who is an Eritrean from Eritrea? Because if he is an Eritrean he would develop Eritrea and bring peace among Eritreans and extend cooperation towards Ethiopia. Peace in that region will be VERY bad for the ferenjis!

Finally, I want to contribute in shining the light to bring peace, love, togetherness, and cooperation among our neighbors towards a common goal which ultimately defeats our common enemies aka ferenjis. To start with, advocate for true economical and political integration with our Habesha neighbours, not like the fake intiative gala abiy and agew Esayas did.

I am an expert in insulting --- ask the miserable agew misraq. I don't insult for the sake of insult, negativity is not in my nature. I insult and hit them to unlock the ferenjis chain!! ⛓️⛓️⛓️⛓️⛓️

I did not expect this, esp from Zemselo because our mind is so polarized we forget why we are here. Thank you Zemi. Same with Union too, but you seem to avoid Eritrea/Tigray origin of Isayas, not sure why. Don’t forget, when Ethiopia had 14 regions including Eritrea under the kings, any one can go live and work any regions as long as you respect lives of each region. Our difference is we support one leader over the other. I bet these leaders were hand picked to polarize our society. For these leaders, it is a gambling over the lives of the region in order to stay in power for long as long as they don’t make their masters angry. I think Museveni and Kagame are the role models of Isaiah’s and Aby/Meles . I bet it is about staying in power as long as you fulfill the bidding of their foreign masters. For Aby though he is a recent leader, for Isayas, being in power for so long and still creating untold suffering for the people of the region and had nothing to show, is proof that he is just there for the game his masters set up with no benefit for Eritreas or Ethiopians. That is my opinion. We can all agree to disagree and move on.

I am here to engage in thoughtful discussions on politics, economics, and history, and to share my knowledge where possible. As a Somali, I acknowledge Ethiopia as both a neighbouring country and an empire that has long sought to occupy my people. It is for this reason that I consider the Ethiopian state to be an adversary, representing values and policies that I fundamentally oppose for ever .

However, I wish to make it clear that my grievances are directed at the Ethiopian state, not its people. The citizens of Ethiopia, much like my own people, are victims of the actions and policies imposed by their leaders. I do not claim to represent any group, faction, or rebel movement, but rather speak solely for myself and my personal views only

i wish to see the creation of a Greater Somalia in my lifetime. If that is not possible, then perhaps it is a vision that can be realised by the generations that follow. hopefully our childeren can see it .

Two reasons,

1) Primary Reason: This is the waterpoint where I can find the enemies of Ethiopia out- Woyane, Shabia and OLF. Here I got the best chance to cut the fangs of these snakes and neutralize their poisonous propaganda intended to hurt Ethiopia and Ethiopians. One of the snakes (Woyane) is already down (thanks to Amhara Forces), the two other snakes are on loose, they soon get their heads chopped off.

2) MerejaForum - is the most ideal site currently available, being a one-stop shop to get news and views abut Ethiopia. This forum is the most democratic and free, it gives every one equal chance to air their opinion. It takes a big tolerance to let Shabia, OLF and Woyane spill their poison here. Elias Kifle should be appreciated for his tolerance.

I'm an Eritrean by the Grace of God, and the main reason I joined this forum is to shine a light into the darkness of ignorance, thereby encouraging the lost souls to come to a knowledge of the truth, because only the truth can set them free.

For years I've been warning the lost souls that the consumption of food-aid is the culprit behind their lowest IQ average and literacy rate in the world that has robbed them of their human dignity and turned them into the laughing stock of the world.

I said time and time again, "if you give someone the power to feed you, you also give them the power to starve you!" But they don't hear me though. Now Trump gets elected and he terminated USAID. Boom-shaka-laka! I told ya!

Thank you Elias for restoring the search mechanism. I posted why I started posting on Mereja many moons ago. Here you go . . .

I have been contemplating about taking a break as well. After all, your first ever posting, character assassination of your "buddy", was one of the reasons I started posting on ER. I wish you all the best in the future.

Btw, I guess you are in your early forties (at least). What are you doing in the kids organization? Shouldn't you have graduated to the real PFDJ and make real difference?

ps: the bet on the top four finishers of EPL is still on.

I opened an account at ER because Elias started denying access to guests in the weekends. I was a lurker for a couple years before then. But when you posted your long article, I thought for a big organization like PFDJ to open an account on Ethiopian Review purely for a character assassination of Wedi Ali was the lowest of low and disgusting. You proved me right today by revealing that you are affiliated to yPFDJ.

Btw, lets hope you can manage to leave indefinitely. I decided to take a break in the new year but ER is so addictive!

Pride,

I didn't start the struggle. It started long long time before me. It won't decline either if I stopped posting at ER. Every Eritrean everywhere is doing everything they can to return dignity and ንቡር ህይወት to Eritreans. I am just doing my bit.

Abere,

The whole point was to discuss on issue Ethiopia on ER, but, it has been hijacked not only by the three stooges you mentioned above without no respect for Ethiopia but some entities. I doubt Elias has full control of his own site. ER is not doing it’s purpose , mission for this site, that’s what l think. Would you tolerate when enemies are planning out how to disintegrate your country right in front of you? Or ER being the tool for anti Ethiopia? How can this forum be useful?

All come here with good intentions but good intentions without rationality do not mean anything. That’s why I participate - to bring reason.

I’m finding out that it’s not easy to change minds using reason. I have yet to see a single forum member change her/ his beliefs or thinkings due to well presented arguments, solid evidences and facts. Members cling to their initial perceptions, beliefs and thoughts for years after years no matter how much disconnected from reality.

I think if everyone understands we all have good intentions, we can build each other rather than tear each other.

Who the fuc'k are you to ask people why they're on this forum?

As far as I'm concerned, make no mistake, I never take a question from an ar'sehole.
