ዳናኤል ክብረት ታህታይ መዋቅር አለ ማለቱ ምንም አዲስ መሆን የለበትም ። በክህነት ደረጃ ዲያቆንነት የደረሰ ስለሆነ ግዕዝ ቋንቋ ያውቃል ። በግዕዝ ታህታይ የታች (ታችኛው) ማለት ነው ። በጉራጌኛ ታተ ታች ማለትም ታተ ታች ማለት ነው። ላዕላይ የላይኛው ማለት ሲሆን ሉዓላዊ ፣ ልዑል፣ ልዕልና የሚለው ነው ፣ በጉራጌኛ ላለ ላይ ማለት ሲሆን ታተጌ ደቡብ ፣ ላለጌ ሰሜን ማለት ነው።

ስልጣኔ በሕግ መመራት የሚለው አንዱ ትልቁ ትርጉምጁ ነው ። ስልጣን ሕግ ፣ ሤራ ፣ ሥርዓት ማለት ሲሆን ስረ ቃሉ ስልት፣ ዘዴ ፣ ማለት ነው። ስለዚህ ነው ሰዎች ስልት እንዲያገኙ የሚሰለጥኑት። ስልጣን እና መሰልጠን ማለት ስልታዊ ፣ ስልተኛ መሆን አንድ ናቸው ። ባለዘዴ ፣ ባለብልሃት፣ አባመላ መሆን ማለት ነው ። ስለዚህ አንድን ነገር ለማድረግ ፣ ለመኖር፣ ስልት፣ ብልሃት፣ ክህሎት ማበጀትና በነሱም መሰልጠን ነው ስልጡን መሆን የሚባለው ። በአንድ ሙያ የሰለጠነ ሰው ስልጡን፣ ስልተኛ ፣ ብልህ ፣ ሙያተኛ ማለት ነው ። ዘመናዊ የሚለው ቃል አይገልጸውም እንጂ ሞደርን የሚባለው የላቲን ቃል
ሞድ ፣ ማነር፣ ዘዴ ፣ ስልት ማለት ነው።

ጉራጌ ለማንኛውም ለሚያደርገው ነገር ሴራ (ስርዓት)፣ ለማንኛውም የባህሪ አይነት ማል (ስነ ምግባር) እና ስነ ሕሊና የሞራል መመሪያ አለው ። በአንድ ቃል ስልጣኔ ማለት ያ ነው ።

በሕግ፣ በስነ ምግባር ፣ በእምነትና በስነ ህሊና ተለጉሞና ተመርቶ መኖር ችሎታ ነው፤ ከፍተኛ የሰው ልጅ ክህሎት ነው ። ያ ችሎታ የሚመጣው ከኢቮሉሽን፣ ከተሞክሮ (ኤክስፔሪያን) እና ከትምህርት (ከስልጠና) ነው። ብዙ ሕዝቦች ለብዙ ሺ ዘመን በአመጽና እልቂት ከዘመን ዘመን የሚኖሩት ፣ አዲስ ዘዴ መፍጠር ተስኗቸው በረሃብና መከራ የሚኖሩት ባብዛኛው ከችሎታ እጦት የተነሳ ነው ። ከሁሉም በላይ የማሰብ ችሎታ ያላቸው ሕዝቦች የኑሮ ስልትና ስልጣኔ ይፈጥራሉ ማለት ነው ።

True I always feel heart broken when I see people from Amhara region prop up OPP as power stabilizer. They just are working for their belly, daniel included otherwise if they had influence, there would not be this much civilian abuse from Amhara region, rape, detention, execution of orthodox christians in Arusi and the verbal abuse incitement or dog whistling of Oromo extremists by Abiy himself and shimelis.
Obviously those who stay alive will face justice one day as nothing stays forever unless they succeed to Establish another Norrh korea like shabiya. They can’t succeed to do that in Ethiopia based on the country’s history!

We Ethiopians have the tendency foolishly resort to mass criticism if you don’t like govt. maybe what makes Ethiopia protected are such people like our spiritual and intellectual Daniel kibret carrying on his shoulder all the burden in the midst of fire. በቅርቡ ነበር ስልጣኔ ስለ ሌላ ነገር እንደሆነ ስታስተምር እና ስትከራከረኝ የነበረዉ።

ከአራጋዉ እና ከሰሚራ እዚህ ፎረም ላይ ስልጣኔ ስለ ምን እንደሆነ ኣዉቀን ያለ ምንም ስህተት እናስተምራለን አስተሳሰብ ዘመን ፎቀቅ ማለት በጎ ነዉ። ሁለቱም ፎቀቅ እንዲሉ ኣሁን ሳይሆን ያኔ ነበር የተመኘሁኝ።

In simple words, becoming civil was the earliest reckoning of human imagination that the power of the rule of law is stronger and more sustainable than the power of the spear. The spear was one of the earliest inventions of mankind. In my view, that reckoning was the genesis of civilization. Its memory has been retained in Ethiopia.

ዳንኤል ክብረት ስለ ታይ ታይ መዋቅር ሲናገር የሰማሁት የገጠሩ ኢትዮጵያ ማህበረሰብ ኣብሮ መኖር እና ችግሮቹን የመፍታት ስልቶች ወይም ዘዴዎች ኣበጅቶ በስምምነት ይኖራል የሚል ነበር።

ካልዘነጋሁ ስለ ጉማ ባህል ጭምር ሲናገር ነበር የሰማሁት።

አስተያየቱ በታይ ታይ መዋቅር የኖረ ሕዝብ ነጭ ሽብር እና ቀይ ሽብር ኣላወጀም ዐይነት ሆኖ ነዉ የሰማሁት።

ከሆነ አስተያየቱ ከፖለትካ ድርጅቶች ዘመናት ተሻጋሪ ማስተዋል ነዉ። ኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ ባህል ተኮር መሠረታዊ አስተሳስብ ይለምልም ማለት ይሄ ነዉ።

እስቲ ሀቁን ተናገር እና ወጣት ሆነህ በጉልበት ልዑል የሆነዉን ቆራጡ መሪ ብለህ ኣታዉቅም?

የሚከበር ልዑልነት የሕዝቡን መሠራታዊ ንቃተ ህልና ገንብቶ የምያበስር እንጂ ኣዋጅ ኣዋጅ የሚል ኣይዴለም።

የወልደ ራብዕ ትንቢት በሳይንሳዊ መንገድ ልጓምን ለዘላለሙ ፈቶልህ መልሳችሁ ለዘላለሙ ለጉሙኝ ትላላህ። ትንቢቱ እና የጉብኝቱ ጥልቀት ገና ያልገባህ ነህ።

ከአምስት መቶ ዓመታት በፊት ሰዎች የማይመስል ነገር ኣትናገር፣ እያንዳንዱ ሰዉ በዉስጡ ይመቸዉ ስላሉ ሰማይ ኣልፈረሰም። የሰማይ ወራሪ ሆኑ እንጂ። ከዛም ኣልፈዉ የጠፈር ወራሪ ሆኑ።

በየቀኑ የዉጤቱ ተጠቃሚ ነህ።

አንደኛ፣ እኔ ስለ ስልጣኔ የምለው ነገር ሁልግዜ ተመሳሳይ ነገር ነው። ስለዚህ በተለያየ ግዜ ለያይቼ የተናገርኩትን ጥቀስና አሳየን ።

ሁለተኛ፣ ታህታይ ማለት ትርጉሙ እንኳን አልገባህም ። ታህታይ ማለት ሰብእስትራክቸር ወይም መሰረት ፣ መሰረተ ልማት ፣ቤዝመንት ማለት ነው ። ስለዚህ አንድ ነገር ምን እንደ ሆነ ሳታስረግጥ በዝብዝብ የሰው ግዜ አታባክን

ሶስተኛ ፣ ስልጣኔ የሚለው ቃልና ሲቪላይዜሽን የሚለው ላቲን ተመሳሳይ ስረ ቃል የላቸውም። ስልጣኔ የሚለው ግዕዝ በላቲን ሞደርን የሚባለው ነው ። ሲቪላይዜሽን ሲጀመር የከተማ ነዋሪ ፣ የከተማ ዜጋ ማለት ነው። ስለዚህ በትርጉም ደረጃ ስልጣኔ ሞደርን ማለት ሲሆን በተለምዶ ዘመናዊ የሚባለው ነው።

አራተኛ ፣ በሰዎች የኑሮ ዘዴና በነዚያ ሰዎች ሃሳብ መሃል ልዩነት መፈለግ ፔዳንቲክ ይባላል ። ከሁሉም ነገር ጀርባ ሃሳብ አለ። አንድ ሰው ስለ አንድ ነገር ሃሳብ ሳይኖረው ያን ነገር ሊያውቅም ፣ ሊገነዘብም አይችልም ። ስለዚህ ሃሳብና ነገርን መለየት ድንቁርና ነው ። ስለዚህ ስልጡን ድንጋይና ስልጡን የድንጋይ ኮንሴፕት ብሎ መከራከር ድንቁርና ነው ። አንድን ነገር ድንጋይ የምንለው የድንጋይ ኮንሴፕት ስለአለን ነው።
