Zemso, my dear friend, I call on you to embrace honesty. I find it hard to swallow the claim that 1.1 million Eritreans are surfing the web, especially when the total population in Eritrea is barely over 1.5 million.

Meaning, 1 of 3 has access to the internet. If one removes the number of the elderly and those under 15 from the equation, the number of users among the young adults is quite high. What needs to be upgraded, is the speed.
