It is not OPDO cruelity 
This girls are human beings.
Cruelty is for animals.

Two things here...
1) Sexual violence is a tactic that is being used by OPDO
2) Gallas in general have this insatiable fetish for Habesha women.
There will come a time where we won't see Gallas in the healm of power for the next 400 years. All of them approve this tactic and blame the poor young girl calling her lier than genuinely addressing the issue.
