You tell people that you've got 120 million starving rats to feed and that you need access to the sea. Of course, anyone who hears this would feel pity for your fuc'king starving rats and then tell you that they support you in your stupid quest.
You never tell people that what you're looking for is not an access to the sea, but to own a coastal land of another country where to station your fuc'king navy - and use it as open defecation zones!

All this is unncessary labor due to a project started before its many parts coould come to assemble together.
The toll on Ethiopia has been immense as most of Abiy projects proved costly to Ethiopia in lives and properties. Nothing he has done so far have been accurate and timely except the destruction of TPLF. All political dances of a novice.
