Tigray strategy should be to stay neutral, keep the war out of Tigray , patiently wait until it's enemies finish to each other & act at the time & place of its choice with the goal of strategically positioning itself in the Horn of Africa. TPLF & TDF have to prepare themselves on diplomatic, political & military fronts to establish the new Tigray centered Ethiopia & the Horn Africa.
