1. Mostly the plight of these people in shelter is human made, Tigrians themselves.
2. Aid of course is business. NGOs use their victims to get money for their luxury life. No surprise the NGOs cry more than the people they take care of. Who does not know that when someone looks for a job, the best paying job is with NGOs.
3. As a result of NGOs these people in whose name assistance is begged have lost their copping mechanism or mechanism of existence. There is a need to integrate them with the general community and give them the skill how to fend for themselves, which they may have forgotten. Many countryside people in Ethiopia live in a lot worse situation but they don't want to lose their pride and beg. They work hard to make ends meet. They diversify their way of living so that if one fails the hang on the other.

Because TPLF dissembled the country into unlivable ethnic killils in the name of non-existent ethnic based developmental democracy. It is good USAID raised hands up. Most people are looking for something to make them feel good for the moment, just like the akaleguzi guy aka feyameta who posts a foreign soccer player associating him with the devastating war the ferenjis got them through.
I don't blame them too much because the situation they are in is harsh so they dance emertegedalai for years but ended up so poor like this because they don't have the resource and they are on constant attack by the ferenjis that the poor don't even realize it.
The ferenjis give them some leftover money and tell them to hate their own kind of people. So they keep dancing emertegedali even after they lost 1.5 million and from the Ertirean akaleguzis side they lost millions in Arab countries. But they are still the same way over and over again......I hope somehow they change for their own sake
