Somalia will not give a port to Ethiopia but Eritrea will
As of now, there is no indication that Somalia is willing to give ports to Ethiopia, despite growing regional tensions and strategic interests. Therefore, Somalia will not give Ethiopia a port but will give it access to the sea, like other landlocked countries, but Eritrea will.
