I WALKED AROUND ADDIS TO SEE THE SO-CALLED CORRIDOR DEVPMT. ALL I SAW WAS POOR PEOPLE WALKING IN FRONT OF EMPTY BLDGS.

That was my observation too, in fact.I asked some people in the know who confirmed the majority of the buildings are empty with no power and running water.

Perhaps Horus has more hidden info about the corridor development.
