Ethiopia should become an indivisible federation made up of around 25 provinces. Each province should be named after its main city and no province should be allowed to have its own flag, anthem, emblem or army.
Ideally every province should be multiethnic but any province that is ethnically [deleted] shouldn't be allowed to have the entire population of one ethnic group in Ethiopia be located in just one province either i.e. every ethnic group must be split into two or more provinces
