Abiy is responsible on what is going on in Tigray !
Abiy's post war strategy on Tigray has been to divide & rule Tigray and to ignore the implementation of the Pretoria Agreement. He found in Getachew a mule that can be easily & cheaply ridden to implement his strategy but he has to be stopped by the Tigray military after more than 2 years of manipulation and painful wait from Tigray side.
