Selling drones to African countries should have been outlawed. Drones used for war should have been ethically regulated like some other armaments such as use of phosphorus and cluster bombs.
Africans due to lack of technical prowess for drones end up killing people sitting for community meeting, gathering for church service or even animals grazing in a field. That is how gross the use of killer drones in Africa became. Drones made dictators trigger happy to buy and use them. They are happy to drone any group, infact even an individual if they can, to weed out opposition. The gigly Ethiopian boss is even happy to put his signature in one of his drones made to kill indiscriminately. Imagine the drone with his signature going to one of the ghetto killils and kill people. It is equivalent to the prime minster you put in office killed you with his signature drone without due justice for the crime you committed. The dark and shameful continent Africa
