It's as though the Neo-colonialists had a secret agreement to embarrass, ridicule and humiliate Africans by appointing individuals from a country with the lowest IQ average in the world!
Case in point: when over one million Ethiopians were dying from man-made famine and starvation in the mid-80's, the donor nations assembled a group of notable artists and named the group "USA For Africa" to paint all Africans with a broad brush, and thereby implying that all Africans were starving, when the man-made famine was only affecting Ethiopia, and Ethiopians alone.
