Eritrea's break away from Ethiopia has been an independence to a hell of tr*anny and planned impoverishment such that it cannot afford air tickets for its diplomats to foreign countries. The host countries either provide airplanes or air tickets.

Esayas has a better idea for this burning issue : just don’t go anywhere for diplomatic mission , pretend everything is good and tell the dumb Eritreans that they are doing well.

So impoverished and self-alienated that it has no embassies in the whole of Europe(east and west), US, Canada, South America, Australia, North Africa and all of Africa(West, Eastern and Southern Africa). It only maintains embassies in nearby countries reachable on foot or on backs of camels or donkeys or on wooden rafts such as Sudan, Yemen, Qatar, Israel and Saudi Arabia.
