is your server undergoing a digital transformation right now?

I think it was stacked at the generation of servers of the 1980s, not of the 2020s, where many Hardware (processor, memory, disk, and more) have become too cheap on the market to fail.

Elias, Nowadays rarely if ever servers do fail. Almost every component of a server has a fault tolerance measures. These measures typically require redundant hardware components that can easily take over when a hardware failure occurs. Are you loaded, Elias ? Here is another suggestion. Standby servers are your saviors. Standby servers are a fault-tolerance measure in which a second server is identically configured to the first one. When the primary server fails, the second server takes over immediately.

The infrastructure to support n+1 survers could be costly depending on location and size of existing data equipment, UPS, generator, etc. Are you able to send Elias a 100k to start so he can make it happen? Or, are you some poor mother'fcker like agew misraq who just runs his mouth here

The budget does not allow us to have a fail-proof system. It would have been great to have standby servers.

My Biggest issues on ER

1. Monthly Shutdown of servers, heavy laggs

2. Lack of moderaters - there is 0 moderators on ER which greatly reduces the quality users and visitors get

3. Strict measures against new users from posting. Keeping ER stuck with old users
