There are rumors which is spreading among Eritreans to display the courageous stand of the Eritrean dictator in regard to the weapon system which was confiscated in the Red Sea. Personally, I don't mind that the weapons were confiscated which was meant to open wars either toward Somalia or Eritrea but why do wedi medhin berad nickle heads lies and deceive the people with exaggerated figures.

They claim weapons which amount of 3.4 billion dollars were confiscated.

They claim weapon system which amount of 3.4 billion dollar were loaded on three ships. This is a lie of higher proportion.

Bayraktar TB2 . One unit costs 5 million dollar

T-90 (Russian Tank) → one tank cost 6 million dollar

Unless Ethiopia purchased HIMAR, S-400 or Patriot missiles, there is no a chance that those weapon system was worth 3.4 billion dollar. At best the price tag for the weapons which was confiscated is 40-60 million dollar and here are the low IQ telling us weapon system worth 3.4 billion dollar worth were confiscated that....Do these [deleted] knows that 3.4 billion dollar is twice the GDP of Eritrea? Dumb asses!

In July 2024, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approved a $3.4 billion loan package for Ethiopia, designed to support the country's economic reform program, which includes measures like floating its currency and addressing debt restructuring issues.

Sounds good! :P

In the same month, Ethiopia sent a high level delegation team to Azerbajian headed by the speaker of the Ethiopian House of Federation, Agegnehu Teshager, to purchase weapons worth $3.4 billion dollars, which includes drones, tanks, heavy artillery, armored vehicles, heavy & light weaponry and ammunition.

Hmmm... :|

5 months later in November 2024, three Azerbaijan ships were seized by the Eritrean Navy as they entered Eritrean territorial waters without authorization. The ships were carrying weapons destined to Ethiopia.

God is Good. All The Time!

If you were the Eritrean Government what would you do?
A. Send a Thank-You-Card to the Abiy regime for the generous gift.
B. Grant political asylum to the 18 Azerbaijani crew members.
C. Be on a lookout for more ships

Which means, assuming you indeed confiscated anything belonging not to you, piracy is official in the land of Sing-a-Poor of Africa?

If a ship crosses a sovereign country’s waters without permission AND it was found to be carrying weapons destined to its enemy, you bet, any country would happily help them unloaded the ships and send them back empty with huge financial penalties and warnings.

Try to cross the US waters caring weapons to Cube and see what US would do to you

That must be according to the law of the jungle, else in the civilized world there is an international law to look at the case and arbitrate on the matter.

If Shabia is ruled by the law of the jungle, then Ethiopia doesn't need to talk to anybody or consider anything else other than go straight for her lost property at Assab and reclaim it. The case will end up by bringing Assab to Ethiopia, mark my word here!
