It makes you think you're a rock star, even though you've never touched a single musical instrument or sung any song in your life.
Elon Musk has admitted regularly using ketamine to treat depression, saying:

This is also how Ketamine is making him behave - carry his kid on his shoulders in a room where he's taking questions from a crowd of reporters at the White House with the president sitting next to him. If he was walking in a park, fine, but he's in a room, where he was sitting.
He's just bullsh'itting. He doesn't know sh'it about government.

It woke him up last Saturday morning and made him email to all the employees of the federal government and ask them to respond explaining their accomplishments from the past week in five bullet points!
The FBI director, Kash Patel, had to intervene and tell the employees not to comply with Elon Musk's Ketamine driven bullsh'it.
