Two Eritreans teens carrying their guitars on their shoulders while walking to Church were stopped by heavily-armed Ethiopian occupation soldiers patrolling the streets.
One soldier pointing his gun at the teens asked: ምንድ ነው የተሸከማችሁት?
One of the kids replied: የሙዚቃ መሣሪያ
The Ethiopian soldiers immediately placed the Eritrean kids under arrest and marched them to the police station.
The soldiers told the Ethiopian police chief that they had caught the kids carrying መሣሪያ and asked for his permission to execute them.
After carefully examining the guitars, the Ethiopian police chief then asked the kids why the trigger mechanism is missing from the መሣሪያ?
It took 3000 hours for the teens to convince the Ethiopian soldiers that the guitars (የሙዚቃ መሣሪያ) were actually harmless instruments made for playing music.
