This inconsistency has rendered the ICC ineffective and meaningless and when Donald Trump knocked it out entirely after he announced it as dead and irrelevant.
Similarly, USAID has often been used as a tool for financial manipulation. For instance, while the U.S Aid and the Clinton Foundation publicly claimed to have donated millions of dollars in humanitarian aid to Haiti, the same money was donated to Haiti on paper funneled back into private accounts, linked to Chelsea Clinton, who received over $8 million from USAID funds. Democrats are corrupt and rats.
Furthermore, USAID has spent over $140 million on Ukrainian media, as well as major Western news organizations such as The New York Times, Associated Press, Reuters, BBC, and various media outlets in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. And people wonder why they follow a uniform editorial line.
