Now, I finally realize I too belong to Ethiopia and wholeheartedly embrace what Ethiopia holds. What is wrong with that?

Well, you can take that lecture to that molala ras guy (hope you get whom I mean) as someone who appeared from the bushes for a while to make an earnest appeal to the current Sec. of State, Mr. Rubio, to help him capture state power snatching it from those the Ethiopian people decided to lead them already before the guy was even confirmed to the role by Senate of the US. Amharic is not a creation of Amara tribe, which did not exist when Axumites created the language and the tribe later.

That said as a historical note, writing a language in this or that scripts or alphabets is a question for linguists. Unless you're, don't fck with science.
Choosing a script to a write a language has nothing to do with approval or disapproval of the choice another language made to write its language in a certain script. Choosing a script to write my language is not a demonstration of hate toward another language that write its language in a different script. It's just a technical question.
Did you study the Geez fidel, developed out of the Sabaean script? Was a right decision made to make geez a syllabic language rather than a vowel-based language?
