The West is in power because it controls every innovations, ideas, hardwork or discovery by others they snatched from them then claim they invented it. The work of Nicolas Tesla is the main example. Lots of cures of diseases discovered by others is the same. The world is not genuine it thrives on other peoples invention. China is copy cat.

If this were true defying the Conservation of Energy that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant, then the one commodity economy of the Arab and Islamic world would have overnight turned upside down.
