Does anyone have a script of Isayas Afeworki's speech at the 38th AU summit in Addis?

I hope he attended the summit, unless he considers his country is not in Africa, rather in Arabia. Or he could have some sort of Dollar shortage to travel abroad.

What do his cadres says about these important points?
