After all his late victory plan bullsh'it, he's now begging for only one thing, and this is an utter useless one!
All he's begging now is security guarantees, even though he knows perfectly well that Russia has never got any intention of occupying the whole of Ukraine. In fact, all Russia wanted was Ukraine to stop Ukraine from joining the NATO. Not long ago, Russia was even ready to withdraw from the Ukrainian territories it has annexed and is now partially occupying.
Ukraine doesn't need any security guarantees whatsoever. As soon as the war ends, Russia will be too busy to recover from the damage of the war in multiple senses and will have no intention or stamina to attack or invade any country.
