The white race don't want to have kids but their labor markets need immigrants to do the dirty work.
They can't have the cake and eat it as well. They will have to either reproduce and sacrifice time, money and entertainment by raising at least 2-3 children's per family or bring immigrants to clean the streets and do all those menial jobs. They chose the later and this become unavoidable
