- Improved the strategic & executive leadership capability of the civil service

I congratulate TPLF in fighing for and implementing the rights of conquered nations of Ethiopia by Shewa aristocracy to self-determination. It foufght a legit war. It fought a historic war that will be remembered. It fought a moral war with ethics with all respect to the Geneva Convention on the rights of the adversary. Tigrey wrote another new chapter on the Ethiopian history.
