Countries around the world have to start weaning themselves off American aid in any form and get rid of the useless USAID.

Trump is currently using this fuc'king aid as a blackmail to threaten countries to get what he wants at their expenses.

Trump seems to be laying the groundwork to punish South Africa for taking Israel to court over Gaza and for its membership in BRICS.
