American pharmaceutical companies are primarily focused on making money and expanding their profits, with the health of citizens often regarded as a secondary issue. The COVID-19 situation is a clear example, showing how company executives can act like vultures, stopping at nothing to satisfy shareholders—even when their actions are unethical. Hopefully, the current Secretary of Health, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., will address the issue and hold accountable the companies that treat people like lab rats in their experiments.
The prevalence of autism among East Africans in Scandinavia, particularly among Somalis and, more recently, Eritreans, is concerning. What are the odds that one family would have two or three children with severe autism? I once thought that the high rates of autism among Somalis were due to consanguinity, as many marry their first cousins. But what explains the rise among Eritreans? Some suggest it could be due to vitamin D deficiency or lack of sunlight, while Kennedy claims that vaccines are the real cause of autism among infants. Which of these factors is truly responsible? I tend to believe him, Why should infants get a vaccination the day after they were born despite they have natural immunity? why the hurry?
Any way, to return to my topic, recently the Chinese have announced that they have come with a method to cure people from diabets which Is a big cash cow to western pharmaceutical companies who focus primarily on the symptoms of the disease instead to cure it entirely. And last week, the Chinese came with another ground breaking invention of AI app called DeepSeek which is open source and free unlike its American competitors.
The Chinese were mocked as copy cats who are unable to invent or innovate but they seem to take the world with shock and awe with their groundbreaking invention and innovation which deserve nothing but respect, admiration and envy.

You don’t need medication to get rid off diabetes. Just stick to Keto diet, that will do the trick. In other words get rid off grains and carbohydrates from your diet. That simple. Carbohydrate in general is worse. It is a chain of sugar. The key to solving the diabetes problem is change the diet. Burn fat not glucose. That is, avoid carbohydrate and grains. Eat healthy fat and the Cruciferous vegetables, also known as Brassica vegetables such as Kale. Common cruciferous vegetables include broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and arugula. I eat all of them. I eat a lot of fish varieties. Presto. I expect to live a whole century. My body is always in ketosis. I only burn fat for energy. I am tall and fairly slim. Never brain fog.

I am no going to belittle the Chinese accomplishments. China is the longest reigning Super power in history. But, China is overpopulated. The quality of life For Joe Blow in China is what needs to be looked at. It is hard labor under merciless dictators. Per capital, China hardly compares with the Who is in the West. But, it is on the right track. Now, you have Chinese billionaires. Not a strict backward communist China like under the it was under the idiot named Chairman Mao. Good for China. Mixed economy is good for China. For a country like little Eritrea with very very small economy, capitalism is the way to go.
