Wishful thinking or complete idiocy? I don't know if Ethiopia is the only country that keeps on dwelling to achieve something unachievable. In this case ownership of seaports? More importantly, we are talking about a country that has foolishly refused the generous offer from Eritrea to use any of our ports free of charge.
