In a two-army war game, if one army knows the war plan of the other army, that war game is essentially over unless the exposed army designs a new war game unknown to the other army.

Jawarian game plan is called 'State Capture' - where he plans to build sleeping cells within PP regime and capture power without military action.

OLA game plan is to recruit 300,000 armed members and then negotiate for integration of this number into ENDF as sleeping cells and finally capture state power by military or political coup.
