Can we say Jawar has first hand information from Oromo generals on the ground when he says this?

Is ENDF about to collapse? Remember the Derg collapsed through lack of moral, leadership and the inswing confusion. The same is plausible now?

No government lasts forever. Regardless of the quantity and quality of armaments they possess. If the current regime does collapse, then what? Fano, OLA and whomever rules tigray, along with other parties will need to come to the negotiation table.

Jawar said that a ENDF general told him on the 3rd day of the Tigray war in November 2020 the ENDF ran out of ammunition he also said the TPLF were acting as if they held nuclear weapons in Adwa

He was accurate on that regard. Had it not for Eritreans and Amhara Fanos, TPLf would have been in Addis. This is something Abiy Ahmed himself did not deny.

You are almost correct about አገው misraq. Actually አገውs almost tricked Amara to get to 4killo. But now thier leader አገው ዘመነ is hiding in Agew mider.
But FANNO is about to liberate the cities now. It will no longer be outside of the cities. Gala will run to south of Addis
