Just the other day, I wondered about who invented distillation and fermentation? I assume both processes have been part of our people’s lives for thousands of years.

I don’t get drunk. However, I drink a serving thinking it is healthy for digestion. My body is naturally repulsive to drinking more than a serving or two at the most on any given day. So, I wonder how people are able to drink more on any given day.
