They are doiing two things
1. They are continuing to give the people agenda, so the MoA drama is keeps going
2. Ethiopians are not being broken and they are leaving tribalism behind them. They have abandoned abiy ahmed, ETV has no views at all. And Fanno is cleaning up the agew shengos hiding in Amara. So they will eventually bring their own soldiers to Ethiopia
