Maybe this devil came to our neighbor Yemen to conspire against eritrea, but Eritrea’s God exposed him and gave him the last warning. We, the eritreans, will not sleep till we figure out why he is in this dangerous part of the world.

He was just in the wrong place. 
BTW, I don’t think he wishes Eritrea bad. He just happened to be Tigrayan raised in Eritrea. General Tsadqan dined with Eritrean leaders including Isayas. He is the worst enemy of the Eritrean people.

Israel would have done the greatest justice if it hit this evil man, Ethiopia's hitler. I bet he was conspiring something evil at this meeting
