Historically from what I heard from residents, Hadya was always enemy to Enor gurage region. ቆስየ is pretty close to border. There used to be respected ሶሬሳ people like ቀኝ አዝማች during old time that fought back or played by tradition. Now the young generation is very mobile, only elderly people and kids stay who are attacked by the animals. The hadiya are another barbaric group like the Oromo from what I heard in the past. I think you're referring to Agaz Darsamo. A Gurage hero. Oustanding Gurage warrior , one of the few.
